I have known the Johansen Family for 20+ years! I am a mother of 5 and often Substitute Teach. Jackie would be such an asset to the Menifee School Board! Her energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge will greatly benefit the children and community! Her investment is also personal, as her own children still have many more years of education in front of them.

Johansen for years, I have long admired her for her love of education, and her forthrightness. Jackie’s love of education is exemplified in her dedication as a teacher, and her continual thirst for knowledge. Her lifelong commitment to learning has prompted her to continue higher educational pursuits which have magnified her ability to improve the lives of those around her. In all that Jackie does, she educates herself on the topic, level-mindedly considers solutions, says what is necessary even in the face of opposition, and goes forth to selflessly and boldly serve those she represents. I endorse Jackie K. Johansen because I have known her for over 16 years and I think she would be a natural as a school board member. She is dedicated, level-headed and works well with a wide variety of people. She takes the time to do her homework and fully understand the issues she is working on. One of the things I have always admired about Jackie is the enormous energy she brings to school issues. The Menifee school district is a topic she is truly passionate about and has been working hard to gather input from parents, teachers and other citizens about what they think is working and what is broken in our schools.
